Design agencies: this one is for you, and for the marketing shops, the SEO consultancies and the fractional CMOs who are being asked by clients what ChatGPT says about them and do not yet have a report to hand back. You have the client relationship, the taste and the people who'll do the work. What you don't have is a grounded, sampled, model-named answer from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok, and building one is a full-time job in a field that changes by the month. So we built it, and we'll put your name on it.
What the switch does
Sign in, open the configurator and tick "White-label it" in the rail. The switch buys the white-label rate. The cover itself is set once under Settings, Report branding, and from then on every report the account exports carries it: the scorecard, the source map, the question table with a verbatim answer per question, the prioritized fix list and the methodology, rendered under your name and colours with ours nowhere, print-ready, on your org's dashboard.
What the switch does not do is remove anything. The methodology stays in, the model that answered stays named on every stored answer, the sample count stays on the report, and the failure banner stays wherever a call failed, because we white-label the brand and never the honesty. A client who reads to the end will find the same disclosures our own reports carry, and we think that protects you: a report that hides its method is the one that gets an agency fired when the number moves and nobody can say why.
Every client, a different shape
The part we're proudest of is that an agency doesn't have to order one thing. A skincare client wants ChatGPT and Gemini at 50 questions with three competitor reports; a software client wants all five engines at 20 with Grok on its newest rung because that's where their category argues; a local services client is well served by Gemini and Perplexity at 20 and nothing else. The form takes each of those as its own order and prices it on its own lines, and the price of one client's report has no bearing on another's. You order exactly what that client needs and bill for exactly that, and nothing runs on a client's behalf that you didn't switch on.
It also means a client's report changes shape as the client does. Start a new account on Gemini and Perplexity at 20 questions, move them to all five engines at 50 when the budget follows the first result, add their two loudest competitors' reports the month a pitch is due, and each of those is a new order priced on its own lines rather than a plan change negotiated with us. The client pays for the shape they are in, you never carry an engine nobody asked for, and every one of those reports carries your name.
What it costs, and why it costs more
Technical information, plainly: the white-label report is priced 20% over the retail rate, per question and on the base line, and the rail shows you the difference the moment you flip the switch. The three-engine, 20-question report that sells for $180 under our name prices at $215 under yours, and the line for questions and diagnosis is $2.40 instead of $2. The price still rounds up to the next $5 and no report sells under $25, the same rules as retail, and the server re-derives the white-label price from the same catalogue at checkout, so what you saw is what you're charged.
Why more, when most of the category discounts for resellers? Because a white-label report leaves here with your name on it and comes back to your client as your product, and we'd rather carry a larger share on the report we don't get credit for than compete with you on price for your own client. On the custom report there's no volume tier and no reseller agreement to negotiate: the rate is on the page, it's the same for every agency, and you can screenshot it before you decide. We know that will cost us some agencies who expect the discount, and we'd rather keep the ones who charge their clients properly for what's underneath.
Monthly, with the plan
Take any client's white-label report monthly and it re-runs every month at the same price with the same questions, the 90-day action plan included and refreshed on every run, and a movement delta between runs, so the monthly meeting has a report with your name on it and a plan that names what to do next. No discount for subscribing and no $150 line for the plan: the monthly price is the single-report price. Cancel from the dashboard and it runs to the end of the period.
And if a client wants the work done rather than described, there are two ways to have it. You do it, with the briefs tied verbatim to the questions they lost and the third-party pages worth being on, and the next run grades your work. Or we do it, at our agency rates, quoted by conversation and never as a line in a report price, and the next run grades ours. We're comfortable being graded, and we'd rather be graded on the same questions your client reads than on a slide.
Where to start
The fixed ladder still stands for the agency that wants it: the $180 audit, Full Coverage at $250, and Track, Grow and Command at $249, $495 and $950 a month, and the agencies page holds founding-agency pricing for a roster. The custom report is for the client whose shape doesn't fit a ladder. Sign in, flip the switch, and the first report with your name on the cover is in that client's inbox the moment it lands, with every number on it traced to an answer either of you can read, and the second one, a month later, tells you both whether the work moved it.
